Return & Exchange Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

At Fit Check Ethnic by Mashura Basheer, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Exchange Exceptions (Only with Unboxing Video)

An exchange will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Provide a clear and complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully shown

  • Ensure the issue (wrong item, damage, or defect) is clearly visible in the video

⚠️ Important: Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Additional Important Information

  • No exchanges will be accepted for size-related issues, change of mind, or personal preferences

  • Items purchased during sales and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

  • Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart, product details, and descriptions before placing an order
